KIDNEY TRANSPLANTATION IN AN AGED PATIENT WITH MULTIPLE COMORBIDITIES: A REVIEW BASED ON UNUSUAL CLINICAL CASE

The article raises a question about the possible and effective kidney transplantation in elderly patients with various severe comorbidities. analysis is based on an example of successful from deceased donor when 67-year-old patient had concomitant background: obesity, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disturbances. Despite unfavorable prognosis further unpredictable illnesses such as COVID-19, candidal esophagitis, coronary attack, pneumonia, has not develop graft injury or rejection kept sufficient function.
 research was mainly focused coexisting their influence consequences. Following disease groups were discussed regarding impact outcomes prognosis: arterial hypertension, cardiac disorders, obesity.
